Who is Lia

Hello and welcome to my page and blog!

My name is Lia Lin also know as Lisa Lau by many friends and work colleagues in the financial services world. Having finalised divorced I reverted back to my maiden name hence now known by many as Lia.   For those who know me I am a very bubbly and friendly person socially and on the work front I am very articulate and professional in my field.  I have own and managed two very traditional financial services business since 1994 specialising in general insurance and financial services.  I have worked with large companies within the financial world, having concentrated on my niche in Business Consultancy within my practice I have  assisted many clients to build very successful tradtional businesses from 1990 to date.  I have also seen major changes within my industry over the past two decades and have found changes that have caused massive waves of disturbance in daily operations, increase costs and cut in margins.  The breakdown of large financial institutions in 2006/7 affected businesses from all sectors, mine especially so, it was here my wake up call of not wanting to be restricted by boundaries and chained  down by increasing costs, regulations and taxes.  My search for financial freedom and time resorted to the internet and having researched the internet and reading loads of books doing business via the internet with MLM, affiliate marketing and internet marketing opened my eyes to opportunities to build multiple income streams where there are no boundaries and the global connection and development of a business where recession, local restrictions, regulations does not hamper your business and income.

With all business and opportunities you must have your dream and a strong vision, then focus, persistance, consistency and willingness and desire  to work hard to lay down concrete foundation then your income will flow like a stream and so will your life, mine did just that!!!!
